Well I just got back from Tennessee today. I was there with my family for a whole 2 weeks. It was awesome! I had so much fun. It was a wonderful Christmas and New Years. I got to spend some time with family I hadn't seen in a while. My moms cousin was there and her and I discovered that we had more in common than what we thought LOL. She loves TCM and old classic movies as much as I do and we spent a lot of time at the cabin watching beautiful christmas movies on TCM by the fireplace. It was real nice and cozy. I can honestly say this year really felt like a true christmas. It didn't snow on the 25th but it did snow while I was there and it was wonderful. I love the snow, I think it's so beautiful, and I appreciate it so much because we don't get that here in Florida. So anyway I'll probably be posting some pictures of my trip in this thread soon

It was no vacation, but we went to downtown Massillon (Ohio) two days ago to get out of New Philadelphia for a while. This is the birthplace of the Gish sisters (I think, if not, they lived here) and of David Canary of Bonanza and All My Children. There are streets named after them.

Maybe to a visitor, but it kind of loses its fascination after you've lived in this place for a while

Just got back from the Mothman Fest a couple weeks ago in Point Pleasant in West Virginia. This is the second year we went down to the thing . An interesting assortment of weirdos, movie buffs and others there. We have photos but I do not know how to post them and I dont really like being photographed too much anyway.
The odd part is the Mothman Prophecies film was not shot in Point Pleasant.
