I made a new colorized picture, and I thought instead of just posting them in random spots on the board, except for the Dean ones, I'd make my own little "Display Case" for since they are a collection/hobby of mine and want to show them all off. I think there are some people on this board that don't know that I colorize pictures for fun. Here is the newest one: 1930's Paray Dress Advertisement:

Those are awesome and your great grandmother was beautiful. That's so cool that she's still alive and amazing that she escaped the concentration camps.

Yep, the same birthday, it's always been one of those neat things our family does, we have a birthday party for her and me...but now she's at the nursing home Yeah, it's very lucky she escaped. Her father came over first and said that he would send for her and her mother, but he never did, so they came over when things got worse. They came over and never found her father, however, my great great grandmother and great great grandmother did meet 34 years later after they had married different people. My grandmother's name was Hedwig Malinowski but when she came over it was changed to Jean. My great great grandmother's named wasn't changed, that was Ursula. I don't know what her father's name was though.

Kim's story is awesome too! So much history in all of us. Like my family did alot of logging and ship building (a little rum runnin' along the way too, lol.) in New York and Minneaplios. They were big in oil, too.
My Dad's uncle was almost shot when a outlaw was sitting next to him and his mother, I belive it was one of the Daltons, but I'm not sure, and the guy got shot, blood splattering all over My great uncle's face.
My Great grandpa created the gum-colored line above a denture, and his partner dissapeered stangely after the partner was goofing around with Grandpa's wife, then Grandpa moved to Calif, and started sidwalks in Santa Ana, there still there.
Lots of history, I love it.

What program do you use to do it? I used to use JASC PSP 9, but then I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements and love that...More options for colors.

I love JASC...I think you can make more things with it than you can Adobe. I almost didn't like Adobe because it kept making things darker and such if I had already colorized it, but then I figured it out. I downloaded JASC 9, but really want JASC 10 but can't find it for download and don't wanna pay an arm and a leg for it!

i also love jasc more then adobe. And that while adobe is much more expensive then jasc. But i hate it that jasc only offer 30 day trials . I think those programs all are too expensive to buy so i rather download them.
