What kind of makeup do you use?

I use a combination of different kinds of junk, slather it on and head out the door. Minnesota doesn't have mirrors so I'm just hoping it looks nice enough for public.

in the pic i gave you i didnt wear to much makeup, but now i wear a little mascara, red lipstick...my pride in looking retro. heehee! but not too bright, and a small line of purple liquid eye liner. i make my eyes look like the sixties. you know on the side of your eyes when you make the line curl up a little. i know this sounds really trashy, but it really isnt. i dont wear blush or base though, my face always feels dirty when i put that on.

I don't like wearing makeup, only when I go someplace special.......like the grocery story (or...*ahem*...Wal*Mart)
Whenever I leave I put on some mascara and eyeshadow, but that's about it.

I loved that picture of you, Theresa, and that dress was beautiful! So is your hair shorter than that now?

actually it is kim, i just got it cut so i can curl it real like the forties, or at least i can try. heehee!

the dress was for my friends quincinera. i love wearing dresses. when i was real little i always pretended that i was a princess. I LOVE DRESSING UP!

I don't wear any make up unless my mother and I are going to see Victor, and when I lived with my grandparent's and could come and go as I pleased, I would throw on a dress and some make up and go to Wal-Mart...so yeah....Wal-Mart is a special place for Kim and I lol...

I love trying out all sorts of colors of lipstick. I can't really do much with foundation and powder since I am very light skinned and I just wouldn't look good in bronze lol.

I have to be very careful with eyeshadows and such, I have sensitive eyes and just about any mascara makes my eyes water beyond belief and eye liner is definitely out of the question.

i am very very white too. i dont get tanned if i get sun, i get burned! if i get the slightest bit of sun i get so red and burned, and my eyeslids too get sorta swollen if i use certain brands of shadow, and mascara, esp if i wear it for too long.

LOL You guys! What is the Retro glow? That sounds intresting. I just love Maybelline, it's cheap and lasts FOREVER! Red lipstick doesn't look good on me, plus it smears all over and gets on my teeth, so I just stick to Chapstick, lol!

I've never even heard of Lumare, Loreal nail polish is funny, I've never used it, I use the orginol 1960's brand Sally Hansen Hard as nails in Sandy Tan Frost or some silly thing. I like that color, I don't wear red, it chips to easily.

And I HATE face makeup, like foundation and powder, I really despise it. It gets cakey and it runs off my face when I sweat, so I just don't wear it. Lol.

Retro Glow was made by Physician's Formula. It's like old fashioned shades and such. I love what little bit of it I do have. I don't think they make it anymore, but I'm sure if you checked on e-bay you could find some new unopened stuff from them, or you can just keep looking for it.
