Hey Guys and Girls, Does anybody have any suggestions on interesting books about classic Hollywood? Like the history of Hollywood or how they made the movies or about the stars. Thanks

The book that I adore but isn't about the history of Hollywood but it has a list of the greatest old films such as "On The Waterfront" and "Wizard of Oz". They are in different categories like Must-See, Romance, Drama, Film Noir, and many others. They also have little tid-bits about the each film that is in the book. It's called Hollywood Picks the Classics by Afton Fraser. It's my favorite book lol and I think you'll enjoy it as well.

I finally got the book from the library and LOVE IT! Though in some of the categories there could be more movies that "they" "picked" but there are so many classic movies, to put them all in there...well it'd be a really big book. LOL Anyway I really like the book. Thanks for the suggestion Fattiecat 07. If anyone else has a suggestion, feel free to post!

I wished that there were more movies in there but I'm pleased with how it is. I hope that Afton Fraser writes a second book for us old movie fans.
