The play all button should work to play all movie segments together in one complete movie without interuptions I think.

Your welcome Kim, I'm checking it out right now but I don't know what else a play all button would do for a playlist except combine all the clips, which would of course be perfect for watching a movie.

I thought The Squirrel and the Bird Feeder was some rare Cooper movie I never heard of!

These videos do run continuous when the play all feature on the play lists is pressed. However, when watching the first video at the smallest screen size, the next video will start playing at the larger screen size, which is rather distracting. I do hope that everyone realizes that you tube re-encodes these videos at 320x240 resolution, which is in fact the smallest screen size. What annoys me is that they seem to want people to think that the normal size for watching these videos is the full size of the screen, which is in fact a distortion of the video by enlarging it past it's original encode size making the picture appear all fuzzy and soft looking. The exaggerated size does not seem to effect video as much for newer home videos and stuff with a very clear picture to start with, but when we are dealing with picture quality of a silent movie that is barely passable at it's intended resolution, this larger size really makes the video look bad and I hope people are not trying to watch some of these movies at anything other than the 320x240 resolution. Below is all the bigger the picture should look when viewing. This is in fact a screen capture of the video from Lilac Time that I sent YouTube before their encoders got a hold of it:

When I stated full size I do mean the default you tube size and not the full size of the monitor screen. YouTube has three sizes to view videos and the only one that is in fact acceptable to my perfectionist standards is the size that the video was encoded at, which is the smallest size and the one shown above.

Yes I hope you liked The Squirrel and the Bird Feeder video. This one was filmed in my back yard, but there are hundreds of more videos on Squirrel's and Bird feeders on YouTube and several other funny ones. I posted the other playlists unreleated to Gary Cooper underneath his just in case anyone wanted to check them out. The Airedale one's are also not from me but I do have an Airedale, which is why I was checking these one's out.

Yes it has been a busy time for me but summer is a busier time of the year for everyone I guess with more things to do. I also haven't been posting at work anymore which cuts down on my time quite a bit.
If you liked that video on the squirrel that I filmed, you might also like the other video I posted on the squirrel proof bird feeders. I am not sure if is a real company or not that posted it or someone just making a funny video but it is a pretty cute video on squirrels.

You did a great job cleaning up A Man from Wyoming. When I get a chance at home I'll have to watch it. I HATE that they blocked youtube where I work. I have lots of down time while files are processing on my computer and I would watch youtube stuff a lot. I guess maybe some people were abusing it though and watching stuff when they should have been working.

Hi Theresa,
Well the videos look like this at least before I give them to Youtube to re-encode. After that there are occasional bouts of blockiness in some shots and none of my videos look quite as good as they do on my home computer before I send them to YouTube as there is some loss in quality from re-encoding them.
I'm going to send these before and after photos to John from Icons to see what he thinks. Getting these 77 year old movies looking better is a real challenge. I'm starting to think that I chose the wrong proffession many many moons ago as working with video for long hours a day is the only thing I really enjoy doing. Being partially color blind has kept me out of all video proffessions as I can never pass the test that they give. With these old black and white films, I feel right at home though. I just wish that more of the you tube people would post comments on the Gary Cooper movies. All I get every day is the ussual five or so comments on the Jim Reeves videos I post. Jim Reeves fans are a loyal bunch and they all just go crazy everytime I add a new rare video on him on youtube.
Speaking of many moons ago from above, I read a post here last week on people discussing songs about the moon such as Moon River. Last night I did a search on my computer for any songs I had on it that contained the word moon and came up with the below list. I'm going to send Kim a Cd for her birthday on it and I'm also still trying to track down the Walter Brennon story songs CD that I have somewhere to send her a copy of.
Moon Songs CD I made Up:
1. Moon River Jim Reeves 2. In The Misty Moonlight Jim Reeves 3. Moonlight and Roses Jim Reeves 4. Carolina Moon Jim Reeves 5. There's a New Moon Over My Shoulder Jim Reeves 6. It's Only A Paper Moon Jim Reeves 7. Dark Moon Jim Reeves 8. Moonlight Swim Buddy Hall 9. Moonglow Owen Bradley Band 10. Moonflowers Mark Heard Christian folk singer 11. Lonely Moon Mark Heard 12. Moondance Van Morrison 13. Bad Moon Rising Creedence Clearwater Revival
I hope I am able to find the Walter Brennon CD as I would love to send Kim a copy of that as well.

Well It looks like you will also be a candidate to have my moon song cd forced upon you to go along with the Meet John Doe dvd. I am currently working on getting A Man From wyoming encoded for DVD and it looks like with that movie looks plug in I am in for about a 48 hour wait as that plug in is well known for slowing the processing down by 100 fold what it normally it takes. It the dvd turns out better than what I previous sent you and Kim I will include that as well in the package to you both.
