I can't stop watching this clip since you sent it to me. I put it on and listen to it in the background. I'm sure people at school think I'm retarded because there I am on the couches in the commons watching the same video for 2 hours lol!

I do the same thing, pally! I even turned it into a WAV file so I can listen to it in the car!! Nerds unite!
I know, Megan, I found a way to copy all those videos onto the computer, then convert them into DVD file and watch them from the TV!!! I'm going crazy over Dean's biography and Jerry in Paris!

Aww *slaps head against desk repeatedly* I should have gotten the DVD burner in my computer. I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE! I didn't because I thought, "Ahh, it'll be one of those things that's cool for awhile and then you'll have to pay for all of these videos to burn them onto dvd's." Man, am I retarded lol! Oh well haha, yay! *gives you a high five and then pushes up my glasses, that are all taped together* WAY TO GO PALLY! *in nasally voice* I've figured out how to finally get them to AVI to be on my laptop, then I'm going to put them all on my desktop *sighs* MMM MARTIN AND LEWIS GOODNESS!

I may look like I understand it, but I really don't. Like I told you, Megg, on MSN. Everything I've done has been a complete accident. I don't know how, but it's all managed to come together nicely. Even my myspace and this proboard...The colors were all by accident and my myspace code are actually meshed together, so they create one unique look.
Pallies, we need help.

We do need help, but it's okay...we might be technologically retarded, but at least we like good movies, music, and HOT HOT HOT Men! (some of them with wedding rings, and some of them with lint balls...both equally hot in their own right )

Hey Kim, after I sent it to you, did you convert the clip to another format before uploading or did you just upload it like it was? I'm asking because I would like to put it on my Facebox account (= dutch MySpace) and they allow the same type of videoclips as on YouTube. Also what program do you use to convert the clips into files to burn on dvd ? Thanks for any info buddy

Actually, I used "Total Video Converter". Dinoloverme sent me the video and I just converted it to flv or was it .avi? I'm not sure but after converting it, just upload it to YouTube and presto! A new Studebaker--I mean, a wonderful new video ;D Wait! I just checked; .avi is for when you want to take the video FROM YouTube and keep it for yourself, but uploading is flv. So, it should work.

No problem! Oh, by the way, did you get my email about the songs? They didn't seem to work.
I just downloaded something called "VLC media player" I think Megg gave me the link, but I can't seem to figure it out! I even went onto the help boards and there's really no answers on how to convert the videos onto YouTube! So I think it's a lost cause...I wish I knew more about it.

When you download the videos from Youtube with VideoDL ( videodl.org/), all you need to do is rename the file and add .flv at the end. Then with the VLC media player you can watch the clips on your computer. That's all. I haven't checked my mailbox yet, will do it now.

Yeah, that much I've got, but to actually copy movies from my computer TO YouTube is a chore! I don't have the wires to connect to TV/Computer so I'm still left in the dark-ages...maybe I can convince daddy-o to get me some dough so I can buy, buy, buy!
...Sorry, I've had my head stuck in the 1920's slang dictionary ;D

I got no mail from you in my inbox pal, where did you sent it to ?
Yeah you need a tv card in your computer and special wires and Windows movie maker software and you're all set. Simple eh?
