Yes at one time I was signed up to Netflix and blockbuster at the same time but then I just so wore out trying to watch all the stuff that was coming to my mailbox that I had to take a break from it for a while. When I start back up I'll probably go with Blockbuster as they seem like they carry more of the classics for on line mailing.

I haven't gotten in on one of those, being a poor college student I just don't have the money to do it or the time. I've slowly been watching what Kim has sent me.
By the way, I watched Operator 13 last night, not the greatest of quality, but I did understand what was happening. It rates up there with Mr. Deed's Goes To Town, for me.

Operator 13 does not rank real high with me but we all have different tastes in movies. Sailor Beware is my next must see movie. I know all about the college broke days but hang in there as it will get better

Well, at first the movie wasn't going to rank very high but at one point I just really got into it. Unfortunately my college broke days won't be over for too long, I plan on getting a master's degree, I'm just not sure where yet. So, more loans, more money, more dead end jobs so I can pay for books AND...More procrastinating on those papers by coming to the board!

what is your field of study? I don't even want to think about those end of semester papers and final exams

My major is in communications and my minor is in archaeology.

Seems like a strange mix. I minored in archaeology but never used it for anything as I just loved going to the classes and doing research in that area.

Yeah, that's pretty much why I am minoring in it. I'm not really good at anything else. I thought my advisor's jaw was going to hit the floor when I answered his question, "What do you want your minor to be?' with, "Archaeology."
I simply love my archaeology Prof. She's just about been everywhere and done everything and I wish she was having the fieldwork class again this summer, but sadly she isn't. I entertained 'em all by singing classics from the Cole Porter songbook, in a Jerry Lewis, nine year old style, when it got too hot or rainy and we hated being out there, lol, but I miss it.

I'd start a letter writing campaign to the stations and tell them that you guys want to see these films.

Tell ya what we oughtta do, is all of us and our families and pallies, write tvland and make em' run The Dean Martin show, so we can tape ALL the episodes. I haven't seen a episode in ages.
I think they used to show it on Comedy centrel, my newspaper said so, but I haven't been able to see it.
Hey, Megg, I sing 'Somewhere over the rainbow' in Jerry's voice. My mother almost killed me. LOL. So I just sing in my normal, ala Lesley Gore or Jane Russell voice.

HAHA!
They loved me though, I made the class go so much faster, after all, we were out there from 8 am to 5 pm, digging in the hot sun, sometimes the cold rain, and sometimes thunder and lightining. But, it was fun.

I konw, it's so fun singin' like Jerry! We should get together and put together a record with our hilrously annoying voices singing on one side, and on da other, our normal sexy voices singing!
LOL!

I love sailor Beware as I think I mentioned before. I still want to pick up Vol 1 of their dean and jerry set but read reviews that Vol 2 was not restored and some of the films had some very bad looking video footage from their films.

My favorite would have to be Sailor Beware or My Friend Irma. I love the "Psychological Warfare" scene in Sailor Beware haha,
Jerry: The Howad Wegion Califownia. Dean: The Howad Wegion? Jerry: Yeah, THE HOLLYWOOD LEGION...CALIFORNIA! Dean: *picks up at the Legion part* Oh, the Hollywood Legion...

I think I've seen all the Dean and Jerry movies but two. But my favorites are: Artists and Models, You're Never Too Young, Living it Up, and The Caddy.
Yay Dean and Jerry!
